Terms and Conditions
Validity: 30 days from quotation.
Deposit: 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
Availability: Subject to prior bookings, booking is guaranteed on accepting deposit.
Full Payment: Full payment is required prior to commencement of travel.
Credit Card Handling Fee: All credit card payments will be subject to a 2% credit card handling fee.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of any booking 10% of the total invoice price will be forfeited to cover administration costs (the remainder of any deposit received will be refunded) UNLESS cancellation is within 30 days prior to the date of travel at which time the full 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Departure Time: We allow guests a 15 minute grace period to be on board the vehicle from any set departure time. After such time additional charges may be incurred for any additional waiting time.
Bond: Credit card details to be held as a security bond in case of damage to the vehicle and/or additional cleaning being required at the end of the trip and/or additional time being incurred.
Food and Alcohol: Will not be permitted on board the vehicle unless it has been purchased whilst on a tour with our company. Under no circumstances will alcohol be permitted to be consumed on board the vehicle.
Other: Grace Coaches reserves the right to alter or change the accommodation, carriers or coaches at any time for any reason. It also has the right to cancel/alter the itinerary and/or tour without notice as may be found necessary for any reason whatsoever. Including but not limited to – road, weather or traffic conditions, non-performance of suppliers, industrial action and operational conditions.
Termination of Services: All venues in the wine region abide strictly to RSA laws and reserve the right to refuse entry to any overly intoxicated patrons and/or groups. Our driver reserves the right to terminate any transfers if complaints are received about the conduct of a group (or any member of a group) or if he/she feels the conduct of a group (or any member of a group) may damage Grace Coaches' reputation or put people or the vehicle at risk.New Paragraph
